A branch can collect ten old laptops and still not know what to do with them. This checker gives each device a useful label: learning machine, local AI box, document server, mesh support, repair candidate, or parts donor.
The next version can grow into a shared Tinbot intake form where members submit real finds, compare capacity, and match hardware to community projects.
